La Cimbali in Pleasant Hill

La Cimbali commercial service.

Pleasant Hill runs its coffee trade around the Downtown Pleasant Hill center and the Contra Costa Boulevard corridor (94523), a mix of cafes, breakfast spots, and restaurants serving a busy suburban crowd off the BART line. Those La Cimbali machines see steady daytime volume and the usual hard-water scale.

From San Ramon we are about 20 to 25 minutes up the 680, one of our closer runs.

$150–450 deposit depending on the model. It covers pickup, bench diagnosis and return, and is not credited toward the repair. Bench diagnosis can take up to one week; most repairs take 3–4 weeks. Same-day pickup may be available, but same-day repair is not offered. 6 months on parts and labor; 90 days on consumables.

Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Boiler descale and heating element. Daytime restaurant volume plus hard water scales the boiler and element. We descale, test the element, and verify the filter is doing its job.
Brew-group solenoids and gaskets. Slow flow and group leaks on the M39 or M100 trace to gaskets and the solenoid. We rebuild the group and reset pressure.
TurboSteam wand and valve. Heavy latte and breakfast milk runs wear the TurboSteam valve. We rebuild the valve and wand and restore auto-steam temperature.
Pump, motor, and level probe. A noisy pump or erratic fill usually means a worn pump and motor or a scaled level probe. We test pressure and clean or replace the probe.
