What we repair on the bench.

Corroded solenoid and wiring connections. Salt air gets into connectors and terminal blocks faster on the coast than inland. We check solenoid wiring and connections for corrosion on every visit and clean or replace terminals before a bad connection turns into an intermittent fault.
Steam wand and valve corrosion. A TurboSteam wand or valve exposed to salt air can pit or seize sooner than the same part would inland. We inspect the wand assembly, rebuild the valve when the seat has corroded, and swap fittings that have started to pit.
Boiler descaling for weekend-volume swings. A harbor restaurant that's quiet midweek and slammed on a Saturday puts a boiler through uneven demand, which lets scale settle differently than it would in a steady all-day cafe. We descale the boiler and test the heating element so recovery holds up when the weekend crowd hits.
