La Cimbali M26 and M39 machines anchor several of those bars, and the local water is hard enough that descaling and filter changes are the recurring work.

We come from San Ramon, about 45 minutes down 680 into the village. We stock the common La Cimbali brew-group and TurboSteam parts, and confirm repair timing after diagnosis.

Brew-group solenoids and gaskets. Dripping groups or flat shots on an M26 or M39 trace to worn solenoids and gaskets. We replace them and reset flow and extraction.
TurboSteam wand and valve. When TurboSteam misses milk temp during a busy stretch, it is the valve or probe. We rebuild the assembly.
Control board and touch display. Unresponsive panel or dead programming on the M39. We sort the board from the display and replace the failed part.
