San Ramon to Palo Alto is the long one, about 45 minutes to an hour over the 680 and 84 across the Dumbarton, or down the 580 depending on the hour. We plan those runs so a busy University Ave bar is not waiting half a day with a dead machine.

High-volume boiler descale and element. Constant draw on University Ave machines scales boilers quickly. We descale, test the heating element, and confirm the water filtration is sized for the volume.
Brew-group solenoids and gaskets. Back-to-back shots wear M100 and M200 group gaskets and solenoids. We rebuild groups so flow and pressure hold through a rush.
TurboSteam wand and valve. Campus and cafe milk volume hammers the TurboSteam system. We rebuild the valve and wand and restore auto-steam consistency.
Control board and touch display. Programming faults and dead touch panels on the M100 get traced at the board. We separate a board failure from wiring before quoting.
