TurboSteam wand and valve. Heavy milk volume cooks the auto steam wand. We service the wand and valve so a barista on Shattuck gets the same steam every pour.
Boiler descaling and element. Volume plus plumbed water means fast scale. We descale the boiler, test the heating element, and set filtration to protect a machine that never gets a day off.
Pump, motor, and level probe. Weak shots and fill faults on a busy M-series usually come from the pump, motor, or a scaled level probe. We rebuild or replace and verify pressure.
