TurboSteam wand and valve. Steam quality matters in these dining rooms. When the TurboSteam wand drips or loses temperature control, we rebuild or replace the valve and probe.
Boiler descaling and filtration. Even with filtration, scale builds in the boiler over time. We descale the boiler and water path and check or upgrade the filtration setup.
Level probe and heating element. A scaled probe short-cycles the boiler and stresses the element. We clean or replace the probe and swap the heating element if it has failed.
