La Cimbali M26, M39, and the higher-volume M100 show up in the busier spots, and Livermore Valley water is hard, so descaling and filtration are the steady work out here.

From San Ramon it is about 25 to 30 minutes east on 580. We keep La Cimbali brew-group and TurboSteam parts stocked.

What we repair on the bench.

Boiler descaling and element. Valley water scales boilers and elements fast. We descale, test element draw, and put a filter on the line so the M-series holds temp.
Pump and motor. Low brew pressure or a noisy pump on a high-volume M100 means a worn pump or motor. We set pressure and replace what is failing.
TurboSteam wand and valve. Inconsistent milk in a busy tasting-room bar usually points at the TurboSteam valve or probe. We rebuild the wand assembly.
Brew-group solenoids and gaskets. Drips and weak shots on the M26 or M39 come from tired solenoids and group gaskets. We swap them and reset flow.
