Boiler descale and water filtration. Hard water off the city line scales Piedmont boilers like anywhere else. We descale and check whether the filter is keeping hardness off the element.
TurboSteam valve and wand. Steady milk drinks for the neighborhood crowd wear the TurboSteam valve. We rebuild it and clear the steam path back to temperature.
Brew-group gaskets and solenoids. Leaky groups and weak shots on the M26 or M39 mean gaskets and the group solenoid. We rebuild and re-pressure the group.
Level probe and control board. Fill faults from a scaled level probe and programming issues at the board get diagnosed together so we do not chase the wrong part.
