I replace the motor, then measure intake and exhaust clearance against spec and give the owner a straight answer about whether the cabinetry needs a vent cut before it kills the next motor.
Tasting room merchandiser gaskets and door alignment. Winery merchandisers sit on old floors that are rarely level, and a tilted TGM case never seals evenly, so one gasket edge wears out while the rest looks new. I level the unit, replace the gasket, and service the door closure so the case seals without staff thinking about it.
Sensor drift in wine and cheese storage applications. Estate owners run Turbo Air boxes at 50 to 55 degrees for wine and cheese, outside the range the factory sensor calibration gets checked at. Drift goes unnoticed until something spoils. I verify with a calibrated reference probe, replace drifted thermistors, and set documented offsets for the actual storage temperature.
