Once the fan motor bearings load up and stall, a JUR undercounter or TGM merchandiser trips on high head pressure. I replace the motor, clean the coil, and show you the airflow clearance the unit actually needs.
Merchandiser door gaskets losing their seal. A TGM-15SD in a wine room or bar gets opened dozens of times a night when guests are over. When the magnetic gasket stops pulling flush, the glass fogs and the compressor runs nonstop. Gasket replacement is cheap compared to the compressor it saves.
Dixell controller and probe faults. A failed cabinet probe on the Dixell control makes the unit short-cycle or run warm while the display looks normal. I test the sensor resistance against a calibrated thermometer and replace the probe or the controller board, whichever actually failed.
