I replace the gasket, clean the tracks and hinges, and check that the self-closer still does its job.
- Probe faults that mis-read warm cabinets. A drifted Dixell probe on a charcuterie case shows a safe temperature while soft cheese sits above 45. I verify actual case temperature with calibrated instruments, replace the failed sensor, and reset the controller so display and reality agree.
