  • Condenser fan motors in around-the-clock kitchens. Pho kitchens and 24-hour operations never give a Turbo Air condenser fan a rest, and the motors fail years ahead of schedule. The tell is a reach-in that keeps up overnight but loses ground during service. I stock the common M3 series motors and blades so this is a single-visit repair with the coil cleaned while the panel is open.
  • Prep table and reach-in gaskets in high-volume lines. A TST-72SD on a busy San Jose line can see a thousand door cycles a day, and gaskets split at the corners within a couple of years. Iced evaporators and swinging temps follow. I replace door and lid gaskets, check hinge cams, and verify the box recovers to setpoint before I close the ticket.
  • Thermistor and controller faults on aging units. The 2016 to 2020 wave of Turbo Air installs is hitting sensor age now. Drifted thermistors and flaky controller relays cause warm product under a normal-looking display, which is how shops fail county health inspections without warning. I test sensors against a calibrated probe and replace controller components with documented readings.
