Common repairs we handle.

Auger lagging while the motor runs at speed. A gearmotor that spins normally behind a slow auger points to the magnetic coupling. The magnets lose their grip or the drive face cracks, and the bowl never gets the mixing it needs to freeze evenly. We pull the bowl, inspect both halves and replace the coupling when the torque is gone.
Bowl that stays liquid with the auger turning. With the drive healthy, the problem is heat removal. We check the condenser coil and fan, read suction and discharge pressures and take the compressor amp draw. A low charge means a leak, and the leak gets found and repaired first, because refilling a leaking system just sends you back to a warm bowl.
Mix weeping past the bowl gasket. A tired bowl gasket or lid seal lets mix creep onto the counter and into the drip tray, and that draws flies. We replace the gaskets and seals as a set, look for hairline cracks in the bowl, and show staff how each seal seats after the nightly wash.
