- Gearmotor failure. The bowl auger stalls or turns too slow to keep the mix moving, and it stops freezing right. We test the gearmotor under load and replace it when it can not carry the bowl anymore.
- Bowl gasket and lid seal replacement. Leaking mix under the bowl or a lid that will not seal usually comes down to dried gaskets. We replace them so the bowl holds and stops dripping mix onto the counter.
- Mix sensor and electronic board repair. Bowl runs too thick, too thin, or the panel throws an error code mid-shift. We check the mix sensor and the board and swap out whichever part has actually failed.
