Gearmotor replacement. Auger stalls or the bowl turns slow and the mix never freezes right. We replace the gearmotor and check the load on the rest of the drive.
Magnetic coupling repair. The drive spins but the auger does not, or you hear a knock at startup. We replace the worn magnetic coupling that links the motor to the bowl.
Bowl gaskets and lid seals. Leaks under the bowl or mix weeping past the lid usually trace to dried or torn gaskets. We reseal with fresh gaskets and lid seals.
Mix sensor and board faults. Bowls overfreeze, underfreeze, or the panel throws errors. We test the mix sensors and electronic board and replace what has failed.
