Common repairs we do
What we close on the truck.
- Gearmotor replacement. Auger stalls or the bowl turns slow and the mix never freezes right. We replace the gearmotor and check the load on the rest of the drive.
- Magnetic coupling repair. The drive spins but the auger does not, or you hear a knock at startup. We replace the worn magnetic coupling that links the motor to the bowl.
- Bowl gaskets and lid seals. Leaks under the bowl or mix weeping past the lid usually trace to dried or torn gaskets. We reseal with fresh gaskets and lid seals.
- Mix sensor and board faults. Bowls overfreeze, underfreeze, or the panel throws errors. We test the mix sensors and electronic board and replace what has failed.
