What we close on the truck.

Gearmotor giving out. The bowl auger slows down, stalls, or the motor runs hot and cuts out. We pull the gearmotor and bench test it, then replace it when the bearings or windings have failed.
Magnetic coupling wear. The motor spins but the bowl does not turn with it, or there is a knock at startup. The magnetic coupling between motor and auger has worn down, and we replace it to get full drive back to the bowl.
Mix sensor or control board fault. Freeze settings drift or the panel throws an error and will not clear. We test the mix sensor and the control board separately and replace whichever one is actually causing the fault.
