What we close on the truck.
- Worn gearmotor on a single-machine shop's only unit. When the drive gets loud in a shop with one machine, the clock is running. We assess wear honestly: some gearmotors have a season left, some have a week. If replacement is needed we give lead time in the written quote so you can plan the swap for a Monday instead of losing a weekend.
- Tap seal weep making the counter sticky. Customers stand close to the machine in a small storefront, and a weeping tap looks bad even when the product is perfect. We rebuild the dispensing tap with fresh seals and clean the outlet path. It is a fast, inexpensive job that we can do during a slow hour without shutting you down.
- Freezing capacity fading through the afternoon. A machine that makes good granita at 11am and soup at 4pm is telling you the condenser cannot reject heat as the day warms. We clean the coil, verify fan performance, and check the charge. In downtown spaces with sun-facing windows, we sometimes just need to move the machine out of the afternoon light.
