- Magnetic coupling. Worn or slipping coupling between motor and auger kills churn. We swap it so torque transfers cleanly to the bowl.
- Bowl gaskets and lid seals. Leaking gaskets and dried lid seals drip mix and let in air. We replace the seals to stop leaks and hold the bowl pressure.
- Mix sensors and electronic boards. Bad sensors or a failed control board throw off freeze settings or kill the machine. We diagnose and replace the faulty part.
