Beater motor and gearbox replacement. Grinding, stalling, or a barrel that will not turn under a full hopper means the gear set or beater motor has worn out. I replace the failed part so it runs at full speed again.
Mix sensor and control board service. False low-mix alarms, wrong consistency, or a dead control panel usually trace back to a failed sensor or board. I test both before replacing either one.
