Common repairs we handle.

Grinding from the gearbox. Grinding that rises and falls with each turn points to worn gears or bearings inside the gearbox. We open the drive, inspect the gears and the output shaft, and replace the gearbox or its worn parts along with any damaged coupling.
Auger stalling and the motor tripping on overload. A stalled auger with a hot motor can be a failing motor, but it is often drag: a seal that has dried out, product frozen too hard, or a bent auger. We measure motor draw with the barrel empty and then loaded to separate drag from a weak motor.
Water collecting under the machine. Condensation and melt run to a drain path under the barrels. Sugar from spills dries in that path and blocks it, and the water finds its way onto the counter. We clear and sanitize the drain, replace any seal that lets water into the cabinet and check that the machine sits level.
