Common repairs we handle.

Drip at the front of the barrel. A slow drip under the dispensing valve usually means worn seals in the valve or the barrel door. We take the front apart, replace the seals, lubricate them with food-safe lubricant and run product to check that the drip has stopped.
Foamy slush with no body. When the seal on the drive shaft dries out, air is drawn into the barrel and the product turns foamy and thin. Left alone, the same leak lets product reach the drive side. We replace the shaft seal and check the bearing and drive behind it for damage.
Front panel buttons not responding. A keypad that ignores presses can be a worn membrane, a loose ribbon cable or a board fault, and sticky syrup on the panel speeds the wear. We test the keypad and its cable before the board, and replace only the part that has failed.
