Common repairs we handle.
- Blank or frozen display after a power blink. A power event can lock a board up or burn out part of it. We check the incoming voltage and the fuse, reseat the connectors and try a full restart before condemning the board. If the board is gone, we source the right one for your unit and set it up.
- Barrel freezing too hard and straining the auger. When a temperature or consistency sensor reads warmer than the product really is, the machine keeps freezing and the auger labors against ice. We test the sensor against a thermometer reading, replace it if it has drifted, and check the motor and coupling for damage from the strain.
- Auger motor humming but not turning. A motor that hums without turning may have a failed start capacitor, a seized bearing, or a barrel frozen too hard to move. We free the barrel first, then test the capacitor and the windings, and replace whichever part has failed.
