Heating element and level sensor. Recovery that lags behind a busy bar points at the element or the autofill probe. We descale the probe, test the level reading under load, and replace the element if it's gone.
Pump and motor. High-cycle bars wear pumps. When the gauge drops under demand we check the pump and motor, rebuild or replace, and confirm the feed line pressure is correct.
Soft-infusion group service. Machines with the soft-infusion group need the preinfusion clean to hold shot quality at volume. We service the group internals and gaskets so the soft start works right.
