Boiler element and level probe. A machine that is the only one on the counter often gets run past when it should have been serviced. No heat or a boiler that overfills points to the element or the level probe, and we test both before replacing the failed part.
Brew and steam solenoid valves. A sticking steam valve or weak flow at the group usually means a scaled solenoid. We clear or replace it and check the water line so it does not scale up as fast again.
