Brew and steam solenoid valves. Scaled solenoids on the Aurelia and Appia II cause weak flow and no steam. We clean or replace the valve and address the water that caused it.
Group gaskets and screens. Shots leaking past the portafilter get a fresh group gasket and dispersion screen so the group seats clean.
Heating element and level sensor. No heat or an overfilling boiler points at the element or level probe. We test both and replace the failed part, then clear scale off the probe.
Steam-wand valves. A wand that drips or sticks open gets the valve rebuilt or swapped. Common on busy Appia II machines.
