What we repair on the bench.

Soft-infusion group rebuild. Some Nuova Simonelli models run a soft-infusion group for a gentler pre-wet. When the seals go the pre-infusion gets uneven. We strip and reseal the group and reset the shot.
Steam-wand valve repair. A steam wand that will not shut clean or barely opens is a worn wand valve. We rebuild or replace it so your baristas get clean steam pressure during the rush.
Control board diagnosis. Dead displays, dosing that drifts, or a machine that will not fire usually points at the control board. We test it, reflow or replace, and verify the volumetric dosing.
Descaling and water filtration. Cupertino tap is hard enough to scale a boiler fast. We descale the boiler and lines and check the inlet filtration so the element and solenoids last.
