Heating element and level sensor. Long recovery between drinks or a boiler stuck filling points at the element or the level probe. We descale the probe, test the reading, and replace the element if it's failed.
Pump and motor. Pressure that drops off under demand is a worn pump or motor. We check it against the gauge, rebuild or swap the pump, and verify your line pressure is feeding it right.
