Common repairs we do

What we repair on the bench.

Brew and steam solenoid valves. Scaled or stuck solenoids on the Aurelia and Appia II cause weak flow and dead steam. We clean or replace the valve and check the water filter that let the scale through.
Group gaskets and screens. Shots spraying past the portafilter usually mean a hardened group gasket. We swap the gasket and dispersion screen and reset the group.
Heating element and level sensor. No heat or a boiler that overfills points at the element or level probe. We test both and replace the failed part, then check for scale on the probe.
Pump and motor. Pressure that drifts or a noisy pump on a Musica or Aurelia gets a full pressure check. We rebuild or replace the pump and motor as needed.
