- Bowl running warm or frosting over. A bowl that won't pull down to temperature, or one that frosts up and freezes solid, points to the evaporator or the refrigerant charge. We check the sealed system and handle any refrigerant work under CSLB #1136642 and our EPA 608 certification.
- Auger motor stalling under load. A tired auger motor will run fine empty but stall or bog down once the bowl is full of mix. We test the motor and gearbox under load and replace the parts that are actually failing instead of guessing.
