What we close on the truck.
- Magnetic drive coupling. The magnetic drive that spins the auger fails or slips, so the product stops turning and will not freeze evenly. We replace the coupling and check the motor.
- Evaporator and refrigeration faults. Unit runs but will not freeze, or freezes too hard. We diagnose the refrigeration circuit and evaporator under CSLB #1136642 for any refrigerant work.
- Bowl gaskets and seals. Worn bowl gaskets and shaft seals leak product and let warm air in. We replace the seal kit and reset the bowl so it holds temperature.
- Agitator and auger motor. A burned out or seized agitator/auger motor leaves the product unmixed and slushy in spots. We swap the motor and verify drive and cold plate are pulling temperature.
