What we close on the truck.
- Magnetic drive coupling failure. Bowl turns slow or stops while the motor still runs. We replace the worn magnetic drive coupling and check the spinner.
- Evaporator and refrigeration faults. Bowl will not freeze or holds product too warm. We test the sealed system, evaporator, and controls, refrigerant work under CSLB #1136642.
- Bowl gaskets and seals leaking. Product weeping from the bowl base or front faucet. We replace bowl gaskets, faucet seals, and O-rings to stop the leak.
- Agitator or auger motor and cold plate. Stalled agitator, no auger movement, or weak freezing. We replace the drive motor or service the cold plate to restore consistency.
