The compressor short cycles and the bowl creeps above 41 degrees by mid afternoon. We pull the shroud, clean the coil properly, and check the fan motor amperage before calling it fixed.
Spray pump failure on spray circulation models. On Crathco spray units the pump pulls product through a tube and showers it over the dome. Pulpy juices clog the spray tube and burn the little pump motor. We clear the circuit, replace the pump if the windings test bad, and show your staff which products these machines tolerate.
