- Slush too wet on Mini-Pro units. Boba and snack shops call saying the machine runs but pours liquid instead of slush. Usually the consistency control is off, the torque limiter is slipping, or the brix is wrong for the product. We test the refrigeration side first so you do not pay for a compressor when the fix is a limiter and a settings walkthrough.
- Impeller bushing wear in horchata service. Rice based drinks are dense and abrasive, and they eat D series impeller bushings faster than juice ever does. The paddle wobbles, then stalls. We replace the bushing and magnet set and show staff the rinse routine that stretches the next set's life.
- Condenser choked by fryer grease. In deli kitchens the dispenser often sits near the fry line, and the condenser fins mat over with grease and dust. The unit runs constantly and still cannot hold temp on hot days. We degrease the coil, confirm fan motor draw, and check that the pulldown time comes back to spec.
