Common repairs we handle.
- Bubbler dome stops fountaining. When the pump that lifts product to the dome weakens, the fountain dies and the drink stops mixing, though the bowl may still be cold. We test the pump motor and impeller, clear dried syrup from the pickup tube and replace the worn parts.
- Spray head sputtering or foaming. Pulpy or foamy product can starve a spray pump. Flow stutters, the spray breaks up and the pump wears. We check the pump internals, the tube and the spray path, replace what is worn and tell you if the product itself is too thick for the model.
- Magnetic coupling slipping under a full bowl. A full bowl puts the most load on the drive. If the coupling has worn, the agitator slows or stops while the motor keeps going. We check the magnet and coupling and replace the worn half or both.

Can pulp in our drinks damage a Crathco spray unit?
It can wear the pump faster and clog the circulation path. Straining heavy pulp, or choosing a model suited to thicker drinks, helps. We look at the pump and tell you whether the wear came from the product or from age. -
Our bubbler's light and pump are both out. Is that one fault?
It can be. A supply problem, a failed switch or a loose connection can take out both. We test the power feed and each part separately before replacing anything, so you pay for the actual fault. Anything on the refrigeration side falls under ADRIUM's EPA 608 Universal certification. -
What should we clean daily to keep the pump healthy?
Rinse the pickup tube and the pump area whenever the bowl comes off, and do not let product dry in the lines overnight. Dried syrup is what strains a pump motor. We show your staff which parts come out for cleaning.
