We clean the coil, correct clearances where the space allows, and check compressor amp draw against nameplate spec.
Evaporator icing in estate installations. Hillside homes with outdoor kitchens and pool house bars expose Beverage-Air units to humidity swings, and a slightly worn gasket becomes an ice machine on the evaporator.
