The fan motor seizes, head pressure spikes, and the compressor trips on thermal overload during rush. We replace the motor, chemically clean the coil, and verify pressures under load.
Iced evaporator from a leaking door gasket. Wine bar and back-bar units with sliding doors wear their gaskets at the track. Humid air freezes onto the evaporator, bottle temperatures creep, and the unit runs constantly. We replace the gasket and confirm defrost clears the coil so capacity comes all the way back.
Controller probe drift and relay failure. The digital control on HC series equipment fails quietly. A drifted probe shows 38 while product sits at 46, or a stuck relay short cycles the compressor. We test the probe against a reference, check the board, and replace only what actually failed, priced in writing first.
