The cabinet warms while the compressor runs nonstop. We rebuild the door seal, clear the ice, and verify defrost termination so it does not rebuild next week.
  • Digital controller faults in corporate break room units. Undercounter units in Bishop Ranch break rooms run for years untouched, and probes drift or board relays pit quietly. Product sits warmer than the display claims. We verify with a calibrated thermometer, replace the probe or controller, and document the corrected temperatures for facilities.
