Customers stop seeing the product, and the box warms. We restore the door seal, verify the frame heater, and thaw and test the coil.
- Controller faults on ADU undercounter units. Compact UCR refrigerators in rental units get power interruptions and rough use, and the electronic control or probe fails so the compressor short-cycles. We test rather than guess, replace the actual failed component, and leave the landlord a written record for the tenant file.
