  • Sugar and starch fouled condenser fans in tea bars. Boba shop undercounters pull in airborne sugar and tapioca starch that glue dust onto the fan blades and coil. The motor bogs down and seizes, and the dairy fridge fails on a Saturday. We replace the fan motor, wash the condenser properly, and show staff the monthly coil check that prevents the repeat.
  • Iced evaporators on prep line worktop units. WTR worktop refrigerators on Cupertino prep lines get their gaskets nicked by pans and trays, then humid kitchen air ices the evaporator. Cooling fades over a week until the top rail reads warm. We fit the correct gasket, thaw the coil, and verify drain flow so the ice does not come back as water damage.
  • Control board and probe faults in merchandisers. Front-of-house MMR glass door merchandisers here run long hours, and failing probes or boards cycle the compressor wrong, freezing bottled tea on the top shelf while the bottom runs warm. We test the sensor and controller, replace the failed piece, and confirm shelf-to-shelf temperatures.
