The coil gums up, the fan motor drags, and the beer runs warm on a Friday night. I check airflow and charge first on every warm unit, because that is where most bar cooler problems actually live.

Back-bar condenser gummed with floor dust and syrup. Front breathing back bars in Oakland bars pull in sticky air at floor level until the condenser fins seal over. The fan motor seizes or the compressor trips on overload during peak hours. We degrease the coil, replace the fan motor if the bearing is gone, and verify head pressure under load.
