Bunn in Mountain View
Bunn commercial service.
Castro Street is one of the densest restaurant rows in the South Bay, and the dessert cafes, boba houses, and quick-serve spots along it run frozen drink programs at serious volume. Add the tech campus micro-kitchens spread across the north side of Mountain View and you get a city with more Bunn dispensers per square mile than almost anywhere else I cover.
Volume is the story in every Mountain View failure I see. Machines here do not rust out, they wear out: auger motors, fan motors, seals, and hoppers all aging on fast-forward. The repairs are predictable, which means the van can be stocked for them, and most calls close in one visit.
ADRIUM Service Solutions is based in San Ramon, owned by Andrew Kuznetsov, EPA Section 608 Universal certified, CSLB #1136642. Quotes in writing, $75 diagnostic waived with approved repair, one-year repair warranty, scheduling 7 days a week.
Common repairs we do
What we close on the truck.
- Auger motor wear from all-day operation. Castro Street machines can run twelve hours daily, and auger motors accumulate brush and bearing wear until torque drops and the machine trips out under normal product. I measure motor current against spec, which separates a dying motor from a product problem in minutes, and I stock replacement motors for the Ultra platform.
- Condenser fan failures in tight back counters. Restaurant rows mean cramped equipment lines, and granita machines squeezed between fryers and refrigeration run their condenser fans hot and dirty. When the fan slows, freezing performance fades gradually and staff compensate by lowering setpoints, which accelerates the spiral. I replace the fan, clean the coil, and restore the settings the machine was designed for.
- Cracked hoppers from thermal and mechanical stress. High-volume shops stress hopper plastic with constant refills, hot sanitizer, and the occasional impact, and cracks start at the corners. A cracked hopper is a contamination risk and usually a health code finding. I replace hoppers with OEM parts and check the lid interlock at the same time, since the two problems travel together.

FAQ
Bunn in Mountain View questions, answered.
-
How do you cover Mountain View from a San Ramon base?
The drive runs about 45 minutes via 680 and 237 or over the Dumbarton on 84. Mountain View sits at the center of our Peninsula and South Bay routing with Los Altos, Sunnyvale, Menlo Park, and Palo Alto around it, so trucks pass through multiple times a week. Morning calls frequently land same-day when the route is already south. -
We run several machines across two locations. Can you handle both under one arrangement?
Yes. Multi-location operators get one point of contact, consolidated written quotes, and scheduling that hits both sites in a single route day. That is cheaper for you and more efficient for us. -
How fast can a dead machine be back in service?
If the failure is in the pattern I stock for, which covers most of them, the machine pours again the same visit. Compressor and drum-level failures need a parts order, and in that case you get a straight timeline and a written quote before anything is committed.
