What we close on the truck.
- Sealed system and compressor faults. Barrel will not pull down to temperature or the product stays soupy. We test the sealed system and handle compressor and refrigerant repairs under CSLB #1136642.
- Auger and spinner gear motor wear. Worn or seized gear motors on the Ultra-2 and Ultra-NX cause noisy operation or a stalled auger. We replace the drive motor and gearset.
- Barrel and cylinder seals and gaskets. Leaking front seals and worn cylinder gaskets drip mix and lose pressure. We rebuild the barrel with the correct Bunn seal kit.
- Mix-low sensors and control boards. False mix-low alarms or a dead display on JDF and Ultra units usually trace to a sensor or control board. We diagnose and replace the failed part.
