Auger seal leaks discovered during cleaning. Moraga staff usually find the leak themselves during teardown cleaning: syrup where syrup should not be. By that stage the seal has been passing product for a while, so I also inspect and degrease the drive area, because dried syrup in the drive housing kills the motor next.
