Indigo NXT reminders ignored until it shuts down. The air filter and the condenser load up, head pressure climbs past the cutoff and the head stops. We clean the coil and the filter, clear the alert, and put the machine on a quarterly check so someone actually handles the reminder.
Break-room drain slimed by drink spills. A countertop dispenser drains its tray through a line inside the cabinet, and sugary spills feed slime in it. The line narrows until water backs up into the tray. We clear and sanitize the drain, check its slope and the air gap and clean the tray.
Filter sized for a whole office. A machine feeding a busy floor reaches a cartridge's rated gallons well before the calendar says so. A spent cartridge cuts flow and leaves the DCM or the cuber short of water. We size the filter to the use, change it on that schedule and date the housing.
