Common repairs we handle.

QuietQube remote unit not running. Clippings and leaves pack the remote coil, or the fan motor or contactor fails, and the head inside waits for refrigeration that never comes. We clean the coil, test the fan motor and contactor under load and check that the screening leaves the unit enough air.
Slow refrigerant leak on the remote line set. A remote system has more tubing and more joints than a self-contained head, and a small leak shows up as ice that freezes unevenly across the evaporator. ADRIUM holds EPA 608 Universal certification, and we leak-test the joints before any refrigerant goes in.
Butler pantry undercounter loud and short of ice. An air-cooled undercounter unit in a closed pantry ends up breathing its own exhaust. The condenser fan works harder, its bearing gets noisy and production falls. We clean the condenser, replace a worn fan motor and check the clearance the manufacturer calls for around the grille.
Slow harvests on cold winter nights. A remote condenser outdoors can drive head pressure too low when the air is cold, and the head struggles to harvest. The head pressure control valve in the remote system is there to prevent that. When it stops regulating, harvests drag and cycles stretch, so we read the pressures at the remote unit and replace the valve if it has failed.
