Freeze cycle timing out on a warm afternoon. When the evaporator cannot finish a batch in time, the board ends the cycle and alarms. Room heat, a dirty condenser, weak water flow or a low charge can all cause it. We work through them in that order and fix the first one that fails its test.
Indigo NXT sheet that never drops. The ice is ready, but the harvest never completes. We test the harvest valve coil first, then the curtain switch, then the control board, so a small part is ruled out before the costly one.
Scale building faster than the cleaning schedule. Scale on the evaporator slows each harvest, and output slips further as the layer thickens. We test hardness at the tap, delime the evaporator, change the filter and set the next cleaning by the scale we found rather than the manual's calendar.
