Common repairs we handle.

Slime on the trough, distributor and water curtain. A pink or dark film builds on the wet parts, and the ice picks up an off taste. We pull those parts, scrub and sanitize them, clean the evaporator and check the drain line for the same growth before everything goes back together.
Hoshizaki KM bin control not shutting the machine off. When the bin control stops sensing ice, the KM keeps harvesting until cubes pile up against the evaporator and jam the next drop. We test the control, clear the jam, make sure the actuator moves freely and set it so the machine stops with room to spare.
Filter cartridge past its rated gallons. Cartridges are rated by volume, and that rating runs out whatever the water is like. A clogged one starves the fill, and the machine makes thin or partial batches. We change it, check the flow with the new cartridge in place and write the date inside the panel.
Inlet valve trickling during the freeze. A valve that does not seat keeps feeding warm water into the trough while the machine is trying to freeze it. The freeze runs long, output drops and the overflow runs down the drain all day. We shut the supply, confirm the trickle, replace the valve and check the fittings behind the head.
