What we repair on the bench.
- T3 temperature drift and PID faults. The T3 multi-boiler system depends on its sensors and PID reading true. When group temps wander shot to shot, we test the T3 sensors and controller and replace what reads bad.
- Gravimetric scale and flow meter problems. Black Eagle Gravimetric models dose by weight. A drifting scale or a fouled flow meter throws every shot, so we clean or swap the gravimetric hardware and recheck dosing.
- Boiler descaling and element. Richmond water packs in scale. We descale the boilers, check the heating element and probe, and set up filtration so it does not come back in a month.
- Group solenoids and gaskets. Leaking groups and slow extraction usually trace to a tired solenoid or group gasket. We rebuild the group and reseal it so pressure holds.
