What we repair on the bench.

Gravimetric dosing faults. Off doses on a Black Eagle Gravimetric come from the flow meter or scale. We test and recalibrate, and replace the load cell when it's failed.
T3 temperature system. Temperature drift on the T3 multi-boiler setup shows up in the cup. We check the sensors and PID, replace the bad sensor, and confirm the setpoint holds.
Boiler descaling and element. A plumbed machine scales over time and loses recovery. We descale, test the element, and set the filtration so steam pressure stays right through the rush.
Group solenoid and gasket service. A leaking or slow group means the solenoid or gasket is worn. We rebuild the group and reseat the seals so it releases clean.
