Gravimetric dosing on the Black Eagle. When weight-based shots stop landing right, the gravimetric scales or flow meters need calibration. We bring the dosing back to spec across the groups.
T3 temperature system. Brew and steam stability rely on the T3 sensors and PID reading cleanly. We test the multi-boiler temperature control when shots taste inconsistent.
Group solenoids and gaskets. A group that drips or won't seal points to worn gaskets and a tired solenoid. We rebuild the group so lock-up and flow are correct.
Boiler descaling and element. These are plumbed machines, so scale builds on the boiler and element. We descale, check the element, and review filtration on the home water line.
